Here are the steps involved in our recruiting process.
Our Process
Application
Once submitted, we will check if you meet the minimum criteria for the position that you are applying for.
In our portal you will be able to view the status of your application. You can also update your information at anytime.
Assessment
We utilise a range of online tests to help evaluate your suitability for a particular role. These will vary depending on the type and experience level that you have applied for.
If you are asked to complete a test, you will receive a candidate feedback report on completion.
Interviews
We utilise both face-to-face and virtual interviews to learn more about you, depending on your location.
One or more interviews may be required. As a basic rule, the more senior the role the more stages there could be during shortlisting.
Pre-Employment Checks
Our clients set their own requirements. These could include:
- Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
- Police and criminal history check
- Credit check
- Professional & character references
Offer
During an interview, we will explain the offer process for the role you have applied for.
Some of our clients prefer to present offers directly and other choose to use our services.
