Do you hold a Maritime New Zealand (MNZ) Skippers Restricted Limits License?

We are looking for commercially qualified skippers who are interested in working across a range of marine construction projects within the Auckland region and further afield. 

Only recently qualified as a skipper?  not a problem, we want to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vessels,  tugs and barges for the maintenance of structures such as jetties, docks, piers and on-water platforms.
• Maintain company vessels,  plant and equipment 
• Work safely in a marine environment, following the company MTOP, safety regulations and protocols.
• Support skilled tradespeople, such as builders, welders and divers, as required.

Requirements:

• Hold a current Skipper Restricted Limits (SRL) qualification or Ring-fenced equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and in physically demanding environments.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on tidal restrictions when required.
