About the Role
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned geographic region, developing long-term customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will represent our company at trade shows and industry events, keeping up with market trends and ensuring our products remain top-of-mind for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow Your Territory – Identify and secure new business while nurturing existing accounts.
- Hit Sales Targets – Drive revenue through strategic sales planning and customer engagement.
- Build Strong Relationships – Become the go-to resource for customers, providing expert advice and support.
- Industry Events & Trade Shows – Represent our brand, showcase our products, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Reporting & Market Insights – Keep track of sales performance and market conditions to optimize strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in the marine industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marine products, equipment, or vessels.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable with territory management, prospecting, and business development.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the region and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in marine equipment sales, vessel operations, or related industries.
- Background in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong presentation skills and experience with trade show participation.
